Domestic Shipping Availability
Golden Linen currently ships exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs
Golden Linen is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees, surcharges, or additional charges at checkout or upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
- Certain remote or geographically isolated areas where standard carrier service is unavailable
If we discover that your provided address falls within a restricted zone, our customer service team will reach out to you promptly to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. Should no viable solution be found, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains:

- A complete summary of your purchase (items, quantities, and pricing)
- The shipping address on file
- The estimated delivery window

Once your order has left our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn't arrive as expected. If your shipment appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you suspect tampering during transit, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The tracking number associated with the shipment
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of any visible damage (if applicable)
Our team will investigate promptly and work with the carrier to resolve the matter, which may include reshipping the item or issuing a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and deliverable. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@goldenlinen.net so we can update the information before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.
Golden Linen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Disclaimer
Please be aware of the following:
- Carrier Delays: Golden Linen is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Title & Risk of Loss: Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title to the products and the risk of loss or damage during transit transfers to you.
- Estimated Timelines: All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors.
- PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses: We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that are placed with restricted or non-deliverable addresses until we can confirm an alternative delivery location with the customer.
