Ordering
Q: How do I place an order? Simply browse our catalog, add your desired items to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, but you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. To modify or cancel, contact us immediately at info@goldenlinen.net with your order number.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible at (773) 254-0002 or info@goldenlinen.net. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address. Once shipped, we may be unable to redirect the package.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website? Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is fully PCI DSS compliant. We never store your full card number or CVV — all payment data is handled securely by certified third-party processors.
Q: My payment was declined. What should I do? First, double-check that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are all correct. Then ensure you have sufficient available credit or PayPal funds. If the issue continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank. Q: Do you charge any additional fees? No. We do not charge processing fees, handling fees, or any hidden charges. Shipping is always free on all orders. The only additional cost may be applicable sales tax, which is calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free standard shipping is available on every order with no minimum purchase required.
Q: Do you ship internationally or to Alaska/Hawaii? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Q: How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can monitor your delivery in real time.
Q: My package was lost or damaged during shipping. What do I do? Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date with your order number, tracking number, a description of the issue, and any photos of the damage. We will investigate and arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Q: Is return shipping free? Yes. We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost for all eligible returns.

Q: Do the product colors match what I see on screen? We make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately. However, colors and textures may vary slightly from screen to screen due to differences in display settings, resolution, and device calibration.
