At Golden Linen, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we've made our return process simple and transparent. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
Return Window
We provide a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
Because our products include furniture and home furnishings, returned items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unassembled and in unused condition – the product must remain in its original, unaltered state
- Original packaging preserved – all boxes, protective materials, hardware, and included accessories must be complete and undamaged
- Proof of purchase provided – your order confirmation number or receipt is required
- Return authorized in advance – you must receive confirmation from our team before sending any item back
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return under our standard policy:
- Products that have been assembled, used, installed, or modified from their original condition
- Items with customer-caused damage including scratches, stains, dents, or breakage
- Packages returned with opened or compromised packaging that affects the item's resale value
- Returns sent without prior written authorization from Golden Linen
Exception: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, it qualifies for a full return, replacement, or refund regardless of whether it has been assembled. Please see the Damaged or Incorrect Items section below.
Complimentary Return Shipping
Golden Linen covers return shipping costs for all qualifying returns within the continental United States. Once your return has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label at no charge. Simply print the label, secure it to your original packaging, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@goldenlinen.net within 30 days of delivery

Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item (showing the product and its packaging)
- A brief explanation of why you wish to return it
- Wait for approval – our customer service team will review your request and respond with a decision
- Ship it back – upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return label along with step-by-step return instructions
⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and a refund may not be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs showing the damage or defect (including the shipping packaging)
- A short description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including free return shipping if applicable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items that remain unassembled and in their original packaging. To request an exchange:
- Email info@goldenlinen.net to confirm the availability of your desired replacement item
- Return the original product using the standard return process outlined above
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can place a new order for the replacement
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund decision via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time on their end.
If more than 10 business days have passed since you received refund approval and the funds have not appeared, please reach out to us and we will investigate promptly.
